OmniGet 1.0 keeps the paste-a-link downloader at its heart and adds a canvas for your coding agents, eight superpowers you switch on when you need them, and a much stronger home for AI agents. Updates now come from getomniget.com.

• Canvas: an infinite board where Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenCode and Ollama work side by side in their own terminals, next to notes, file trees, live web pages and phone simulators. Tie agents together with cords so they can ask each other, hand work over or decide together.
• Global Downloader: open a site in a built-in browser, see the videos, audio, subtitles and documents the page loads, and download them.
• OmniTube: a YouTube client with library, history, mixes and SponsorBlock.
• Read: a reader for books, comics and PDFs with a local library.
• Watch: a player for movies, shows and live TV, with casting.
• Music: a music app for the songs on your computer.
• Telegram: download from your channels and chats, with search and a built-in SOCKS5 bridge.

• Connect any AI tool: OmniGet's MCP server and /omniget:connect let Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and others download, follow the queue and recall memory through OmniGet, each with its own token and permissions.
• Download tools: live recording, whole channels, size checks before downloading, link export, and download progress visible from anywhere in the app.

• Downloads remember a site's rate limits for a day and tune how many files they fetch at once per site.
• Live streams download from their live edge, and sniffed files are named after what they are.
• The tray menu and tooltips follow the app language; Russian guides and strings ship complete.

Fixed

• The About page shows the real version and the changelog no longer hangs.
• Linux: local videos no longer spin forever in the player.
• The music mini player no longer covers page content.
• A minimized window comes back before the assistant shows it.
• AI settings report a failed save instead of losing your keys.

Removed

Breaking

• Updates are served from getomniget.com. A copy on 0.10.x cannot see this update by itself: install 1.0.0 once from getomniget.com/download over the old one. Your settings and library stay.

• Agents: a connection wizard, surface guides, a usage monitor and workspace appearance settings.
