Bilibili

OmniGet has its own Bilibili handler. With your account signed in, it reads every quality your account can play, lets you pick the codec and audio track, and can import your Watch Later and History lists in one click.

Use only your own Bilibili account. OmniGet does not break DRM or paywalls: qualities that need a premium (大会员) subscription stay available only to accounts that have it.

Where it is

  • Paste a Bilibili link in the box on Home; the Bilibili choices appear in Download options.
  • Sign-in and imports: Settings › Downloads › Cookies, on the Bilibili card.
  • Bilibili settings: Settings › Downloads › Per-platform options (click Show advanced options), under Bilibili.

How to use it

The Bilibili card appears in Settings › Downloads › Cookies once OmniGet has cookies for bilibili.com, for example after you capture them with the browser extension.

  • Sign in via Bilibili page opens the Bilibili login page in a window.
  • + Add another account opens Sign in to Bilibili with QR Code. Open the Bilibili app on your phone and scan the code. The window shows Scanned. Confirm sign-in on your phone., then Signed in as …. If the code expires, click Generate new code.

Import Watch Later and History

When a Bilibili account is signed in, the card shows two buttons:

  • Import Watch Later adds every video in your Watch Later list to the Queue.
  • Import History adds the videos in your watch history.

OmniGet shows Queued N items when it is done.

Pick quality, codec and audio

  1. Paste a Bilibili link on Home.
  2. OmniGet shows Reading available qualities…, then the kind of page (Video, Anime, Favorites, Collection, Watch Later…) and, for lists, how many items it has.
  3. Pick a Quality, a Codec (H.264 / AVC, H.265 / HEVC or AV1, shown when the chosen quality lists codecs) and an Audio track. Auto picks the best your account can get.
  4. Click the download button.

Your choices are kept for the next Bilibili downloads. Without a signed-in account, Bilibili offers lower qualities only; 4K, HDR, Hi-Res Lossless and Dolby need an account, and some of them need a premium subscription. OmniGet tells you when a quality on the page needs one.

Common problems

Only low qualities are listed

No Bilibili account is signed in, or the account does not have access to higher qualities. Sign in on the Bilibili card in Settings › Downloads › Cookies.

Sign in to Bilibili first

Import Watch Later and Import History need a signed-in account. Sign in first.

QR code expired. Generate a new one.

The code is valid for a short time. Click Generate new code and scan again.

Not available in your region

Bilibili blocks the video where you are. If the CDN is the problem rather than the video, add hosts under CDN fallback.
